Hi i'm starting a nightclub from scratch need to know the basics on things to do a list if possible. The dance scene in Melbourne has really taken off over the past couple of years. A recent trip to Ibiza was really an eye opener and I was able to take home a few ideas and concepts that would probably work in Melbourne. I am currently working in marketing and intend on setting up a bar/dance club. I am opening up my own club "The Twist" I still have alot of work to do, so if there is anyone that can give me some advice, i could sure use it. My club is going to be three clubs in one. My town is on the border of Mexico so im hopeing that will bring in some money. It's a party town,so wish me luck.

I am researching the nightclub and nightlife industry, but I have yet to find a website containing any background information.
